Information you provide
Your name, phone number, email address and event requirements are stored securely in the site’s event enquiry inbox. This information is used to review your event plans and contact you about that enquiry, with your consent.
Your choices
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not include payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in the additional requirements field. If you would like to ask about or remove an earlier enquiry, send a new enquiry quoting its reference and your request.
Maps
The location page includes a Google Maps embed. Loading it connects to Google and is subject to Google’s privacy practices. You can also use the address text without opening Maps.
Availability
An enquiry is a request for discussion. Availability, suitability and booking terms are confirmed separately by the venue team.
